# Provider Search & Booking

**Filters**
- **Service Type**: e.g., Physical Therapy, Home Health, Mental Health.
- **Insurance**: Select from the list; if unsure, choose "Not sure".
- **Location**: ZIP code or city. Radius filter defaults to 25 miles.
- **Availability**: Soonest, next 7 days, or specific date range.

**Steps**
1. Select a service and location.
2. Choose a provider from the list.
3. Send a booking request or pick a time slot if available.
4. You’ll receive confirmation via the platform.

**Reschedule/Cancel**
- Use the *My Appointments* page. Same-day cancellations may be unavailable depending on provider policy.
